We headed to Stockton to celebrate Nick’s Birthday at John's Incredible Pizza ….. It was the first time We had been there .. My boys had a blast… they played to their hearts content. It was nice spending time with family. I always read blogs were their babies turn one and they always start with “I cant believe” Well Iam one of those … A year came way to quick my baby girl is now what is considered a toddler..

her acomplishments:

* she can walk

* 6 teeth

* she went thru a major head injury and survived.. :)

* lets us know when she needs to go to the Baby room ( bathroom)

* speaks ( da da ,mama, comer, mas , ven , onde, vamonos) and a few more i still cannot desifer but my mom can.

Summer is so much fun for the boys .. This year they got to improve their horse skills and participate in the McDaniel Horse Training Camp at the Big Red Horse Arena. It was so much fun for them. From Riding horse to learning how to care for a horse. and lots of fun games . IJ and JD really had a GREAT time.

We also had My cousin Rene and Cynthia stop by and visit from L.A. and that was a blast the kids really enjoyed the country air from swimming to catching frogs.. Jakob and Jacob both got BIG frogs.

While Daddy is doing the Yard with Emi the boys are busy having fun in the mud…

This was the beginning of an awful ending.. They were sliding in the mud and after a while IJ yelled for Ice and Myself.. “JD is BLeEEEEEDDDDing!!!!!!!”we run out to see JD covered in mud and his hand in Blood …. I run to him he is crying at the top of his lungs” it hurts…so i take ff his clothes put him in the shower and wash him off .. the bleeding wont stop and I see the cut not a pretty sight… it will need stitches it looks deep.. and I cant clean it out with the water.. I get him dressed and pour peroxide on the cut to see if that will help it get cleaned .. he is in so much pain.. that Ice grabbed the baby IJ and we jumped in the truck and headed out to the hospital ..we get their and JD is calm and has Emi’s burp rag around it ( JD said that is the softest towel we own…:) the nurse comes out to look at it and brings gauze with her ask him to put that around it. he does it must have looked bad it took them 5 minutes to get him back there … they gave him a shot to numb it that was awful he really screamed when they shot it inside of the cut.. then they had to scrub and try to get it cleaned with a-tips it looked awful.. they were going to stitch him up about 10 stitches they said but when the dry said they could get in that deep with it touching the bone they only did 2 and left the rest open to have it drain.. and they slinged it. my pooor baby…after that we had to go get his antibiotics the dr. wanted him to start today.. by the time we got home he was so worn out..

OUR Baby is 4 months and just to see her go from smiling to giggling has been a blessing.. she is our little ray of sunshine every morning the boys adore coming in and getting a big grin form her .

she has longer conversations

she loves those fingers

HATES chupones(binkis) bottles and anything else in her mouth that does not produce her milk

she jumped from 3 month clothes to 6-9 months

she kicks her self around her crib very funny to watch her

she is starting teething :( she is slobbbbblery and anything that can scratch her gums shes up on it..

She’s making funny faces and and the one pictured is our favorite that is how she tell us she is not NOT happy JD lost 2 more teeth and the tooth fairy forgot to come pick them up.. so 2 days later he made 6 dollars “I think the fairy felt guilty”

Chico: DUI Offender Struck And Killed Rogelio Herrera and Sarai Alvarez

At approximately 6 p.m. on Sunday, November 14th, 25-year-old Robert E. Barnes, a DUI offender in 2008, was heading north on Highway 99 when he struck a GMC Sonoma pickup head-on. The impact of the collision killed 29-year-old Rogelio Herrera and 31-year-old Sarai Alvarez and critically injured their two children, 7-year-old Cristian Zaizar and 6-year-old Emanuel Zaizar-Alvarez. Barnes and his passengers sustained minor to moderate injuries. Police found multiple pounds of marijuana in Barnes’ vehicle and that he had been driving under the influence. They arrested him on suspicion of murder; however, the charge has been reduced to gross vehicular manslaughter, explains a California truck accident attorney.

In the United States, one person dies every 45 minutes in an alcohol-related traffic accident. Drugs, such as marijuana and cocaine, are involved in about 18% of motor vehicle driver deaths and are often used in combination with alcohol, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In 2008, more than 1.4 million drivers were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.

A recent study found that almost half of the 1,500,000 people arrested for drunk driving every year have prior convictions for drunk driving. In many cases, they are arrested while driving with a license that has been suspended or revoked as a consequence of past impaired driving. In fact, 50-70% of DUI offenders continue to drive after losing their licenses.

If an individual drinks and drives and causes an accident, that person may not only face punitive consequences but also may be held financially liable for any injuries or fatalities that resulted from the accident.

Our little Emiko Crisvier is no as little as we think .. my baby has been sick for over a week .. but her weight keeps on going up last week at her check up she weighed in at 14.o4 oz

she is so animated… she smiles and she has attitude that reminds her dad of me.. lol.. the boys adore her on Saturday she got to go see her brother play his first b-ball game of he season. my sick baby did great.. and brother JD was happy to see us all there to watch him sink some balls. he's pretty good.

Can't believe it has been a month .. my little girl is growing too quick... my boys go around talking to their sister saying " I'm your broder.. broder is here.." they adore her they are in love with her she has truly stole all of our hearts.. she is a night owl like mom so its no fun when I am tired.. Dad is wrapped around her little finger already any whimpering she has him there to pick her up.. the boys also wont let her cry or whiper if she starts they pick her up and bring her to me so she can be fed because they already checked if she has a dirty dipper .. she is not at all like my boys they sleep through the night by this time and were content in their rocker of=r bouncy chair not her she likes only to be held.. My mom claims i might not be able to go back to work because Crisvier is a handful.. but we are Grateful to have her her in our family..

Had our little girl on Monday, October 18,2010.. I went in for my dr appt at 11 am and was 6 cm 75% effaced he sent me to the hospital and i got there at 1pm and was getting light contractions at 2pm he came in and broke my water and at 6:11pm.. we had our baby girl named her EMIKO CRISVIER she was 8lbs. 13 oz. and was 20 in long .. she is adorable .

Started in California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming , North Dakota... on the way home we added Utah.. we also got to visit A few National Parks .. Theodore Rosabelt in North Dakota, Masoska National park , Montana, Yellowstone and ofd couse Old Faithful in Wyoming ..

It was very interesting at 28 week pregnant not a very smooth ride and our van had some problems on the way home but Thank God made it home....

My boys are off.. and im trying our new summer schedule... our binder is full of summer activities we are going to be trying out.. it has been a little difficult ,because we are helping my mom & dad move out of thier house..

IJ - made the swimming team , and has practice every day ... today is his scrimmage and he still has his tutor that is helping him in Reading and Math..

JD - is starting soccer, involved in roping, and is in the process of selling all his 100 chickens and 6 goats and his steer.

Ice - is working and loving spending time with the boys..

Me- Im just working, planning events and trying to keep sane.. loving the time i get to spend with my boys..

My Mother's Day weekend started at the ER , IJ got very ill, He had a 103.4 fever and had side aches..We took him to his Pediatrician and he sent him to the ER.. We stayed there most of the night 9 AM to 9 PM . He got an I.V and had blood drawn. We were given a choice to keep him in the Hospital over night but I chose to take him home.. That night his temp rose again and have been fighting a viral infection.. they still dont know what is wrong.. there first call was apendicitis..
Sunday was a day of rest watching my lil' 94 pound 8 year old 4' 3" tall...

his temp ranged from 101.1 to 103.8 .. we did make time to take Grandma some flowers and the boys gave me some home made gift.. it made my day...

PINEWOOD DERBY

This wednesday night IJ was able to participate in the pinewood derby for the cub scouts. IJ and Papa Javier spent a alot of time getting the car ready. IJ's car was one of the very hand carved looking..

BUT I he & papa Javier did a good job coloring it.. as you can tell its our 1st Derby .. Granpa Ren came to help him and give him pointers.. Granda Marilyn and Ma Kity cheered him on.. came in Third Place place! IJ was so freaking excited..... we came home and had Dinner with the Grandparents and IJ Put his trophi and his car on his dresser and has been there ever since..

Wow , another year has gone and as we look back I see i've slacked off ... im going to try to be a little better on keeping my blog up... (i did mention it or did i promise my sister in law...lol well cant remember but i'll try...) I am going to try this new app. On my phone so i can update easier. We'll see....

Let's start by by bringing in the year...

2010 we were in great company... we were at my parents , Grandpa Ren& Grandma Marilyn and the Guardado's joined us for dinner... had lot of food... games and just great conversation.

After, we fell asleep i mean passed out we woke up to go up to the snow with Ice's familia... my boys were excited... we played in the snowed.. and came home boys tooke a bath and we headed to gridley for dinner and a lil' presentation Milton's family had put together(Jennifer put together) and celebrete Aiden's Birthday.. that was our NEW YEARS DAY....

Memorial day weekend was not a fun one this year for us.. My uncle Renato Passed away on Thursday.. I have introduced my cuz Chentz well, his dad passed he was a GREAT man .. i don't have enough fingers to count how many times he bailed me out of a jam or picked me up at the greyhound in downtown LA or go to court with me .. I could go on.. but it was really hard to see my family in those circumstances.. My Dad said on the way down " why is it we don't make time to get together when we are a live instead of getting together when someone passes.. it had been years since i had seen some cuzin's but it was nice.. here are some pics of the weekend .. we tried to allow the boys to enjoy the trip.. so I do apologize if i missed something.. a call , a lunch.. a meeting.. i had family business to attend too..

200th Post !!! MOTHER'S DAY

1st ...Let me start by saying this is my official 200th post.. Amazing....

2nd... Mother's Day .. IJ & Papi made me breakfast while I was putting the finishing touches on my lesson .. and only because Sis. McLaughlin asked if If I remembered i had to give it.. ( i remembered and had done it . i just had not pulled it out since tuesday.. ) lol ...

So , I get eggs with a couple of small shells , ham and OJ .. it was great... then at church my parents and my boys hand me a dozen yellow roses and a balloon..

and two hand made cards they made..

After Church we met my brother at his house

He had presents for us .. it was so sweet ... This is what he got me ...

and .. MOm had no idea we were going to go to sac..

so she was suprised..
from there we headed to Old Sac

we walked around got a horse carrige ride .. snacked and then headed to A Restaurand my brother Javi had reservations at.. very nice and elegant.. expensive as well .. Javi It was GREAT GRACIAS...

JUst got home and every one is in a funky mood even the boys... on the way home from Chico we got a flat tire.. my dad bought the boys motocycle helmets and the are real cool.. but the flat tire put a damper on things ...

I got a Call AGain "Meet me in the Hospital!!"

So I Today I am at the cannary with sister of the branch when i get a call from Ice " Im on my way to the hospital meet me there .." What happend please not IJ " I asked
Ice - yup he fell off the skateboard and landed on his broken arm but he cant move his wrist..."
im on my way and hung up ...
headed to the outpatient center and they know us by name since october i believe we hqave been there every month... so the take X-rays and the said no broken bone just a sprained wrist.. wraped him up and took him out to dinner because it was way to late by the time we got home.. so another IJ adventure....

JD's Field trip

today after school JD helped Papa Javier walk and shovel fields. later that night JD helped Dad set up for his preschool field trip at my dad's place. He selped set up the trailer with Bales of Alfalfa( THANK YOU Pete Knight from Knights Farms for the Bales) JD & Papa Javier were able to teach his preaschool class about Ag and rice fields and planting implaments.. We also made posters that showed all the machinary used and JD helped put all that together .. he even helped set up the trailer to tranport the kids the next day, he even dressed the part.. ,fun huh..

Thursday , We had our Favorite Brown Rice Pasta Penne w/ cheese ...

As you can tell Costco had a great sale on Chicken legs.. so i stocked up.. they are awesome they come in small packages of 5 and it works great for us.. so this is what we had for Dinner and Left overs became Ice & My Lunch ... what a wonderful concept "LEFT OVERS " !!!

Cristian's 6th Birthday party

Sunday after church we went to mi Tia Lilia's house for Cristian's Birthday Party .. The boys had a Great tie .. we had tostadas d ensalada de pollo .and the works.... Mi Mom made the cake like always it was great.....

So after Cristian's Birthday Party the boys played outside for a bit.. then came in and said they were "STARVING" just Lil' side note on my boys they are never hungry they are always Starving' .... So i told them if they help i would cook something for them ... they all agreed.. and after a few very not so polite words from Jacob to me on the status of my Fridge.. we continue to prepare the meal and this is what we came up with.. this takes about 45 min. and in that 45 min JD decided to clean my dirty fridge .. check out the pics at the bottom end of this...

YOU ALL know I work two jobs right ... i have no time for these kinda of things but my Lil' boy was not polite when he said the fridge looked BAD .... so here is what he started with.. what a GREAT KID...............

He was not tooo impressed with this he threw the whole bowl out... i had to go through the garbage to pull out my dishes and wash them... nice kid.. i should hire him out.. LOL

he pulled everything out and let me tell you he dumped too. he is not a pack rat..
