Thursday , We had our Favorite Brown Rice Pasta Penne w/ cheese ...

As you can tell Costco had a great sale on Chicken legs.. so i stocked up.. they are awesome they come in small packages of 5 and it works great for us.. so this is what we had for Dinner and Left overs became Ice & My Lunch ... what a wonderful concept "LEFT OVERS " !!!

Sunday Dinner - Pollo Enchilado

So after Cristian's Birthday Party the boys played outside for a bit.. then came in and said they were "STARVING" just Lil' side note on my boys they are never hungry they are always Starving' .... So i told them if they help i would cook something for them ... they all agreed.. and after a few very not so polite words from Jacob to me on the status of my Fridge.. we continue to prepare the meal and this is what we came up with.. this takes about 45 min. and in that 45 min JD decided to clean my dirty fridge .. check out the pics at the bottom end of this...

Ice Has become a pro with the BBQ!! last night the boys were hungry, and I really have not felt great so they asked him what was for dinner he pulled out some steaks and steamed some Kokuho Rose (rice) and warmed up some corn and that was our dinner.. Dont I have a Wonderful husband? I DO !! Thanks Papi we love you !!! What could I say I was Blessed!
