JD's Field trip

today after school JD helped Papa Javier walk and shovel fields. later that night JD helped Dad set up for his preschool field trip at my dad's place. He selped set up the trailer with Bales of Alfalfa( THANK YOU Pete Knight from Knights Farms for the Bales) JD & Papa Javier were able to teach his preaschool class about Ag and rice fields and planting implaments.. We also made posters that showed all the machinary used and JD helped put all that together .. he even helped set up the trailer to tranport the kids the next day, he even dressed the part.. ,fun huh..

YOU ALL know I work two jobs right ... i have no time for these kinda of things but my Lil' boy was not polite when he said the fridge looked BAD .... so here is what he started with.. what a GREAT KID...............

He was not tooo impressed with this he threw the whole bowl out... i had to go through the garbage to pull out my dishes and wash them... nice kid.. i should hire him out.. LOL

he pulled everything out and let me tell you he dumped too. he is not a pack rat..

Those racks got in his way he made his Dad pull them out so he could scrub...

PERFECT SUNDAY !!

Today was the best Sunday we have had in along time sorry no picture could capture the this day..

Let me start by telling you .. I am so blessed ....

Yesterday I went to bed late . I wanted my kitchen to be extra clean.. because I have had the WORST Allergies ever.. my Wonderful husband help me dry all the dishes so when i finished washing all the dishes were dry and put away..

We went to bed after taking some Promethazine w/ codeine for the bad cough .. we both past out.. In the AM IJ & JD had woken up early and had set the table for breakfast got out the Apple Jacks and JD poured the cereal & IJ the milk they woke us up and had breakfast IJ offered the blessing and Ice jumped in the shower because he had early meeting at church ( Pres. of the Elders Quorum) The boys and I were still eating and talking about why we go to church... when IJ is getting baptized and then Ice came kissed us all bye and left .. well, after that the boys got their clothes got dressed and IJ came out so i could iron his pants because the were ugly in his words.. I set the iron and finished his pants and started my skirt when the boys were done shoes socks undershirts white shirts pants ties .. and then they wanted me to brush their hair after they brushed their teeth.. WOW i was speechless.. I got ready and they went outside to sit on the bench to wait for me.. ( i looked out side for them thinking they were getting dirty and to my surprise clean sitting there waiting.. I walked out and they ask if we were late.. I said NO we are early.. then IJ said we did good huh mom.. I just had to smile cause I wanted to cry.. I got in the van and i thanked them you guys are GREAT i said .. Thank you for having a great morning .. " JD said " mom god is really happy we didn't make you mad today huh .. cause your sick and we want u to not be sick" .. my boys are the best .. I am grateful they are compassionate.. but let me tell you the whole day was on that same level after church we got home and they helped salt the carne for asada , put the rice in the steamer & machucar the beans and we finished quick.. Lesson learn today.. As A family working together we accomplish more.. " we work good together huh mom" in JD's words.. Thank you Heavenly father for all my boys.. they made today wonderful.. " High Council member for the Chico Stake Ron Curtis spoke today about Simplifying our lives.. and what happiness really is when we live simple lives.. and let me tell you Happiness is simple we make it hard ...

Valentine's Day Party

IJ has been out of school since his accident.. ( broken arm ) so we have him on independent study ( home school ) for 5 more weeks .. Today his Teacher Mrs. Burfiend asked to bring him in because they were going to have a class party.. so i got there at 11 am for his math time he enjoyed being back in school..after math ... it was all about party.. it was so cute to see everyone calling IJ's name lining up to give him valentine cards. the teacher told everyone to pass out to others and wait on IJ so no one would hurt him.. they were anxious to give them to him because they dont see him much..
He had a lot of fun he has been a little bored with no interaction from his friends.. So IJ asked me to get my camara to take pictures..

JD had a party too but I missed it because i went to IJ's so well have to take pictures of his Valentines'..

TIO JAVI took the BOYZ to the ZOO!!

My Brother is AWSOME!! I called him and asked if he could babysit my boys because we were going to a rodeo in SAC and he lives there . The boys LOVE their tio Javi, they were estatic he was going to take care of them.. well he is a hands on tio.. they made pizza for lunch .. here JD helping ...


Then he took them to the ZOO .. FYI - this was their first time their .. Im a sad excuse for a parent never taken my kids to the zoo.. but THanks to TIO JAVI.. They got to go .. AND they had a blast.. they also spent way more money than mom & dad would have..

Then we met up and had a great night....

HOT DAYS

We have been going out to the pool on a daily basis it is so hot ...

Today , JD & I took Papa Javier Luch ( sandwich from subway) and then JD helped Papa Javier with put some plots together with the backhoe... JD loves Heavy equiptment..

He pouted for a minute when I said we didn't have time for him to help.
